You have requested the slower and slightly cheaper International Priority mail. Orders shipped by Priority mail will not have tracking and shipments are not considered to be lost or missing until at least 30 days have passed. 30 days after the ship date, USPS will begin tracing a missing package and will report their findings in 4 to 6 weeks.
For orders shipped via International Priority mail, CycleBuy will not ship a replacement package or issue a refund until after USPS has responded with their inquiry results.
