Bolt's Husky Pro-Packs contains factory style hardware. Includes all bodywork fasteners and aluminum bushings, rotor bolts, a full set of sprocket bolts, exhaust springs, Fuji lock nuts, thread chasers and
drain plug washers.
This is not a re-bagged KTM kit. Bolt Motorcycle Hardware researched the Husqvarnas to create a kit that will service the special features of these motorcycles like composite sub-frame and unique bodywork.

M5, M6 and M8 torx head flange bolts, shroud screws, seat bolts, fork guard bolts, fender and side cover fasteners, case cover bolts, motor mount hardware, brake pin clips, concave washers, sub-frame bolts.

KTM/Husqvarna/Husaberg Factory Euro Style Pro-Pack Hardware Kit Designed for KTM and Husaberg full size models years 2003-current. Also fits 2014-17 Husqvarna models. Over 180 pieces of KTM factory style hardware in exact factory size and finish. You will only find these fasteners in two places: Factory KTM and Bolt Motorcycle Hardware. This kit features M6 & M8 hex flange bolts with torx sockets from 12mm long to 55mm long, front and rear rotor bolts, billet aluminum bushings for body work and exhaust, compression washers, aluminum rim lock spacers, a full set of black sprocket bolts and nuts, Brembo style brake pin clips, fork guard bolts, ejot M6 shroud screws, M5 screws for shrouds and engine, and convex washers. Hub-Savers "Double Locked" Sprocket Fastening Kit. This kit includes six class 10.9 zinc plated Euro Style steel sprocket bolts with factory style class 10.9 Fuji metal-locking nuts and washers. These sprocket bolts are 26mm in length, designed to fit KTM, Husaberg and Husqvarna models. The bolts feature a factory syle T45 Torx Socket Head. Each sprocket bolt has medium strength thread lock patches pre-applied, which liquefies and anaerobically seals when the bolt is tightened for a double-lock. | |
Important installation information: Hub-Savers are the strongest, most complete sprocket fasteners available and have been developed and tested at the professional level in both motocross and off-road applications. Sprocket bolts are a critical fastener and must be installed properly to ensure your safety and to avoid damaging your machine. To insure long and reliable use of these quality fasteners: First clean and inspect your hub. If the hub is damaged or if the mounting holes are oval, the hub must Refer to your owner's manual for the proper torque (typically 25 ft lbs), take the torque reading on the nut side. Never over-tighten sprocket bolts! If your sprocket bolts become loose, they must be replaced! Sprocket bolts become loose only under extreme stress, an indication that either they were installed improperly or there is a problem with the drive line. Check the drive line for bent chain guides, bad wheel alignment, damaged mounting holes on the hub, etc. Properly tightened sprocket bolts on properly functioning drive lines will remain tight indefinitely.
