Fastway Adjustable Linkage Guard - KTM/Husqvarna
The Fastway adjustable linkage guard offers protectionand the ability to lower the seat height up to 3/4 inch. The Fastway linkage guard replaces the stock link arms and protects the bike's lower shock knuckle and linkage from damage incurred by logs and rocks. The included offset bushings allow 4 adjustments in length. By changing bushings, the rider can quickly adjust how the bike corners, lower the seat height and the improve the feel of the initial part of the suspension stroke.
Fastway Linkage Guard installed
KTM's with linkage suspension tend to fall through the initial part of the compression stroke too quickly. To aid straight line stability and enhance cornering characteristics, racers often run more than normal sag on the linkage models. This lessens the amount of suspension travel you have available, and complicates the soft initial compression rate. A better solution is to lower the rear of the bike by using an alternate bushing in the Fastway adjustable linkage guard.     more info    Fastway Adj. Linkage Guard video
